Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two time unified title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - usually known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how improbable this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly happening.
